Teen Mermaid Face Painting with Royal Oak Public Library

On Thursday, July 1 at 7:00 pm, teens ages 11 to 18 are invited to transform into an iridescent and magical mermaid with shimmering “scales”. Using glitter makeup and fishnet stocking, follow the step-by-step tutorial provided by Miss Becca.
