Nunchaku Weapon Training Session introduces participants to the fundamentals of safe handling, proper control, and essential movements of the nunchaku. Through structured instruction and guided practice, participants will develop coordination, focus, and confidence while learning practical applications that enhance self-defense skills and overall martial arts performance.
