Parents and caregivers advocating for the best academic solutions for their children don’t have to go it alone. The local nonprofit, San Antonio Charter Moms (SACM) offers this intimate new series of Q&A style events designed for parents and caregivers to come together to discuss education-based hot topics, share best practices and receive expert guidance. The new Level Up series will focus on trending conversations from the organization’s popular Facebook Discussion Group. With more than 11,000 members and growing, the SACM Facebook Group is a forum for parents to help other parents with a first-person perspective, and real-life experiences straight from the trenches.
Each session includes a presentation from San Antonio Charter Moms, food and drink, and a Q&A session where parents can ask questions and exchange best practices. Level Up events are free and open to the public. For more information and to register, click here.
