We teach Kenpo Karate which is a Hawaiian martial arts. The word “koa” means “warrior” in Hawaiian. We teach hand to hand combat, self defense, and weapons training. In addition to our after school and multiple camps, we offer 5 classes that continue throught the year: Little Dragons, Childreen, Teen, Adult Workout and Adult Self Defense.
Little Dragons Class - 3-5 years old Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Childreen - 4-13 years old Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Teen - 8-15 years old Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Adult Workout - 13- any age Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Adult Self Defense - 13- any age Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
