KASZ Juneteenth Flag Raising and Celebration

Join the Kyle Area Senior Zone (KASZ) for a Juneteenth Ceremony and Flag Raising on Thursday, June 19 from 10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Krug Activity Center and Mary Kyle Hartson Park, 101 S. Burleson St.
This event is meant to be a fun and cultural experience for the whole family and aims to educate people about the history and importance of Juneteenth. The Flag Raising ceremony begins at 10:30 a.m and will be followed by music, exhibits and kids crafts. This event is free and open to the public, food items will be available for purchase.
Unforgettable Families & Friends, Nu Sigma Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc, Aspen Healthcare & Hospice and the City of Kyle Parks & Recreation are partnering with KASZ for this event.
