On April 8, 2024, the eclipse will take place directly above Fredericksburg, Texas from 12:15 to 2:56 p.m. CT will be breathtaking. Plan to be in place early, as the total eclipse will be visible from 1:32 p.m. to 1:37 p.m. in Fredericksburg, Texas. Guests attending events should plan to arrive days in advance, have enough supplies to last through the event, and leave a day or so later to avoid traffic jams and delays. You will not want to b traveling in the Texas Hill Country the day of the eclipse. Join us in Fredericksburg, Texas for an experience you won’t soon forget. Grapetown Vineyard and Farm in Fredericksburg, Texas will welcome hundreds of families for the Total Solar Eclipse of 2024! Their farm regularly operates a vineyard tasting room, safari wine tours, and individual animal experience tours. They are hosting a private events for the day of the eclipse. This Total Eclipse and Hot Air Balloon Festival still has tickets and space available but tickets are extremely limited as this is a private event. There will be no day of sales and admission tightly guarded. One of the best viewing areas in the state for the Total Eclipse, Grapetown Vineyard and Farm is requiring guests to be in place well in advance. The Eclipse Events in Fredericksburg, Texas will include these opportunities plus include a Grand Eclipse Viewing Area, Camping Areas, VIP Options, Vendors and Live Music. The Main Event Schedule for both celebrations will be staged at The Grapetown Vineyard & Farm Tasting Room.
